What We Collect and Why

Identity & Access

When you sign up for Practiso, we ask for identifying information such as your name and email address. We use this information to identify you, send you important account information, and provide our Services.

Billing Information

If you sign up for a paid plan, we collect payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We store a record of the payment transaction, including the last 4 digits of your card number, for invoicing and billing purposes.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use our Services, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us improve our Services and troubleshoot issues.

Your Client Data

We store the data you input about your coaching clients, including contact information, session notes, and invoices. This data belongs to you and is essential for providing our Services.

When We Share Your Data

• We never sell your data. Ever.
• We may share data with subprocessors necessary to provide our Services (e.g., hosting, payment processing).
• We may disclose data when required by law, such as in response to a valid court order.
• We will notify you of any legal requests for your data unless prohibited by law.

Your Rights

• Access: You can access all your data directly through your account.
• Correction: You can update your personal information at any time in your settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export: You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
• Portability: Your data is provided in standard formats for easy portability.

Data Retention

• We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Deleted content remains in trash for approximately 25 days before permanent removal.
• After account cancellation, data is purged within 30 days from active systems and within 60 days from backups.

Security

All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption. Database backups are also encrypted. For more details, see our Security Overview.

EU-US Data Transfers

Practiso processes data in the European Union. For any transfers outside the EU, we use Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection of your data under GDPR.
